Our upgrade to the Heartland POS system has dramatically reduced the unnecessary paperwork, allowing our accountants, auditors and Human Resources Director to step out of the box, and focus on moving forward with better solutions and higher productivity. Our General Managers and Managers within each property can very easily make any changes when not actually in the restaurant. For corporate wide policies and procedures, the main office, and/or our Director of Restaurants can set these up quickly—allowing for our managers on duty to be on the floor, interacting with our guests.
